FROTZ® has been deep-freezing IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) the best berries, pome and stone fruits, or importing a large selection of IQF tropical fruits with a high brix degree for more than 30 years.
Our deep-frozen fruit preserves all the aroma, flavor and color of fresh fruit, which we select at the right moment of ripeness and with a high sugar content. We offer you fruit with the same appearance, ripeness and flavor all year round, easy to thaw and use as fresh fruit.
We have 34 varieties, all of them in a convenient 1 kg. bag format in boxes of 5 bags. They are presented whole, in 10×10 mm. cubes or 20×20 mm. cubes.
